Add the demonstration records
First link a workspace folder from the main launch screen so the app is ready to edit records. Then choose Help → Create Demo Projects…, or open the Demo Projects window from the Help section in Settings. Read the explanation and click Create Four Demo Projects. This adds the missing demonstration projects to your current local database. It does not replace existing projects, recreate a demo that is still present, connect advertising accounts or create project folders.
Find all four examples
Open Projects in the main sidebar. Look for Demo · Website Relaunch, Demo · Brand Identity, Demo · Social Content Studio and Demo · Autumn Ad Campaign. All names, people, dates, work and financial values in these records are fictional. Open Dashboard to compare their saved time records in the daily work grid.
Follow a project from plan to task
Open Demo · Website Relaunch. Review Overview, then Stages and Components to see how the plan is divided. Open Tasks and select a task to inspect its stage, component, status, priority and estimate. Change a field only if you want to practice editing, then click Save. These are normal saved records, not a read-only preview.
Compare creative and campaign workflows
Open Demo · Brand Identity to explore a design workflow, then Demo · Social Content Studio to review content planning. Open Demo · Autumn Ad Campaign → Components and select its advertising campaign to inspect the manual counters. Open Finance to review budget, expenses and payments, and Time to see saved work. The finance and campaign Help topics explain the calculations and their limits.
Use screenshots beside the live app
The screenshots below were captured from the real app using only these fictional projects. Select any screenshot to enlarge it, then choose Done or press Escape to return. Matching illustrations also appear in the relevant task, stage, component, time and finance how-to topics. Dates and totals can differ after you edit the demos; the screenshots themselves do not update.
Keep demonstrations out of real reporting
Demonstration records contribute to Dashboard, Reports, search and financial summaries just like your own projects. When finished, archive each demo through its project editor, or use Delete Project… in the sidebar context menu and review the confirmation. Deleted app records use the normal recovery workflow. Adding the demos again does not reset an existing demo or undo your edits.
