1. Scope and publisher
These terms describe use of the Project Command Centre website and app, together with the documentation and support materials provided by INFINITY PARTNERSHIP CORPORATION LTD. They explain use of our product and related services without replacing mandatory consumer rights, the applicable app licence or the terms governing an App Store purchase. If there is a conflict concerning the app licence or an App Store transaction, the applicable licence and store terms govern that matter, subject to mandatory law.
2. App downloads and licensing
The Mac App Store listing is the source for downloading the app and checking current availability, pricing, system requirements and version information in your region. Review the listing before downloading or purchasing. Use of the app is subject to the applicable purchase terms and licence shown there. Unless a valid custom licence is specified for that distribution, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These terms supplement product and support information; they do not replace that licence or constitute a custom app EULA.
Apple operates the App Store. Any purchase, refund or cancellation must follow the applicable store process and your statutory rights. Apple does not sponsor or endorse this website.
3. Using the website
You may read the site and use its guides to understand the app. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its availability, introduce malicious code or use it unlawfully. Do not republish our branding or substantial documentation as your own commercial product without permission, except where law permits.
4. Your work remains yours
You retain your rights in your project data and documents. The app is designed for a local, single-user workspace. You are responsible for choosing suitable storage, permissions and backups, keeping your Mac secure and ensuring you have the right to store or share the material you use. Contacting support gives us only the ability to use the information you send as needed to respond, as explained in the privacy policy.
5. Documentation and financial information
Guides describe the version identified on the site; interfaces may change. Illustrations contain fictional demo projects. The app assists with project planning and record keeping. Reports depend on your inputs and assumptions and are not accounting, tax, investment or other professional advice. Check records, forecasts and calculations before relying on them. We do not guarantee profit, business success or a particular outcome.
6. Availability and external links
We aim to keep information useful and accurate but may correct errors or change the website and documentation. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability. External sites, including Apple and Render, have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make us responsible for their services.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law and the relevant agreement; these website terms do not remove statutory consumer protections. Maintain backups before deletion, migration or recovery operations.
8. Questions, complaints and changes
Contact the publisher with questions or complaints using the registered office and email below. These terms may be updated with a revised date. Applicable law and any mandatory rights in your location remain in effect. These terms do not impose an exclusive court or governing-law clause.
