1. Who this policy covers
INFINITY PARTNERSHIP CORPORATION LTD publishes Project Command Centre and operates this product website. This policy explains the current app, website and support channels. Contact us using the details below about privacy or this policy.
2. Inside the Mac app
Projects, stages, components, tasks, time records, expenses, income, campaign records, notes, risks, activity and settings are stored locally. Linked files remain in folders selected by you. The app has no account system, cloud sync, advertising SDK, behavioural analytics or remote crash-reporting service. It has no network-client or network-server entitlement and no project-data upload feature. We do not receive these app records simply because you use the app.
Example images and the offline Help course contain fictional demonstration data. The Help guide does not capture your screen or inspect your projects to produce illustrations.
3. What “local” does — and does not — mean
The app cannot prevent macOS, iCloud Drive, network storage or third-party backup and sync tools from transferring files independently. Choose a dedicated, non-synced folder on a local disk for strict local storage. Opening a website or sending email uses your browser or mail app. Printing hands a document to the macOS print system; a network or cloud printer may transmit it outside your Mac.
The app does not add its own encryption to the database, project documents or metadata backups. Use appropriate macOS account security, disk encryption and access controls. Local notifications can show project information on screen; control them in the app and macOS notification settings.
4. Exports, backups and deletion
PDF reports, CSV exports and metadata backups may contain sensitive information. Choose where to save them and with whom to share them. App metadata backups do not include external project documents; back up those folders separately.
Archive is not deletion. Deleted project records may remain recoverable in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days; follow the app’s confirmation workflow for permanent deletion. Permanently deleting app records does not delete linked documents or existing backups and is not a secure disk-erasure operation. Restoring a backup can restore records that were deleted later. Uninstalling the app does not delete your chosen workspace folders.
5. When you visit this website
Unlike the local app, this website uses the internet. We host it on Render’s Pro workspace plan in the Frankfurt region. Render and its delivery infrastructure process request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the website. We do not add analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, embedded third-party media, external fonts or a mailing-list tracker.
Render’s published retention period for logs available in a Pro workspace dashboard is 14 days. This is not a promise that every infrastructure or security record is erased after 14 days; provider processing is also governed by Render’s privacy policy and data-processing terms. The website application does not maintain its own visitor database or access-log files.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If you dismiss the cookie-information notice, the site saves that preference in your tab’s session storage. No consent is inferred for tracking. Read the cookie information page for the exact storage item and controls.
7. If you contact support
We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond to and investigate your request. Our official support mailbox, support@ipcl.tech, is hosted by Proton Mail. Please do not send databases, passwords, confidential documents or unredacted project screenshots. Proton and the services used by your own email provider process correspondence as necessary to deliver it. See Proton Mail’s privacy policy. Emailing support voluntarily sends information outside the local app; using Proton does not make every email exchange end-to-end encrypted. We do not sell your support messages or use them for advertising.
Our support retention policy is to delete resolved support emails and their attachments from our mailbox and working copies within 24 hours after the request is resolved. While a request remains open, we keep the correspondence needed to handle it. This is a support-handling policy, not an automatic deletion feature of the app.
Mailbox deletion does not immediately erase every provider backup: Proton states that its encrypted offline backups are kept for up to 30 days. Copies held by you or your own email provider are outside our control. Where a specific legal obligation requires a record to be retained, we keep only the required information for that obligation and delete it when that requirement ends.
8. Purposes, rights and safeguards
We use information needed to provide support under our contract with you, or to take steps you request before a contract. For general enquiries and secure website delivery, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to visitors and protecting the service, subject to your rights. Where a particular record is required by law, the basis is that legal obligation. We do not use your support messages for advertising or automated decisions about you.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of information we hold, or request portability. Email us to exercise a right. We may need proportionate verification of your identity. We cannot remotely access or delete app records stored only on your Mac; use the app’s local controls for those records.
Our selected website hosting region is Germany, but this does not restrict all provider processing to Germany. Render’s data-processing terms describe international processing, including in the United States, and the transfer safeguards applicable under those terms, including contractual clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable. Proton describes Mail storage in Switzerland, Germany and Norway. See the linked provider policies for details; contact us for information about applicable safeguards. The app itself does not send project records to us for international processing.
For UK data-protection concerns, you can also raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Contacting us first can help us address your concern, but does not remove your right to complain to the regulator.
9. Apple and other external services
Apple may process purchase, distribution or diagnostic information under its own terms and your device choices. Following an external link leaves this site. This policy does not replace the policies of Apple, your email provider or your chosen backup and printing services.
10. Changes
We will update this page if the app’s data practices or website services change. Material changes will be identified as required by applicable law. A future cloud, analytics or account feature is not covered by a claim that it is already enabled.
