Find and create work
⇧⌘N creates a project. ⌘K opens global search in the main window. Within a project, ⌘N opens New Task. In a search panel, Up/Down selects a result, Return opens it, and Escape closes the panel.
Move between project tabs
Use ⌘1 for Overview, ⌘2 Tasks, ⌘3 Stages, ⌘4 Components, ⌘5 Time, ⌘6 Finance and ⌘7 Files while a project is open. Click a task to show its inspector. Save draft edits before navigating away.
Control time and settings
⌘T starts or pauses/resumes the timer for the open project. ⇧⌘T stops its active timer. ⌘L opens manual time logging. ⌘, opens Settings. ⇧⌘/ opens this Help guide. ⌘F focuses Search Help while the Help window is active.
Build a reliable daily routine
Start with Inbox and All Tasks → Today. Review overdue work and set realistic dates. Start a task timer for focused work, pause for breaks and stop to save. At day’s end, verify Time and task statuses. Review budgets weekly, export reports when needed, and keep an independent backup of both metadata and documents.
