Choose a time window
Select Dashboard in the sidebar. In Work grid, use the Days picker for 7, 14 or 30 days. Rows are projects; columns are days. Green cells indicate logged work, the number shows hours, and the right-hand total covers that row’s visible date window.
Inspect a day
Click a filled project/day cell to open its time-entry popover. Review the notes and durations. Use Open project → to inspect the project’s full Time ledger for detailed editing. Click a project name at the start of a row to open its command centre directly.
Fill a missing entry
Click an empty cell for the correct project and day. Set the duration in the popover and choose Log. Confirm the updated cell and row total. This quick log is project-level time; use the project’s Log Time editor when the entry should be linked to a particular task.
Interpret the summary cards
Hours this week compares logged time with the configured workday target; clicking it switches the grid to 7 days. Active projects switches the grid to 30 days. Budget and Attention open a relevant project when one exists. These cards are summaries with different actions, not all links to separate detail screens.
