Choose a task view
Open a project’s Tasks tab and use the Task view picker. List groups open and completed work. Kanban groups the same tasks by status. Calendar places dated tasks on a month view. Workload groups tasks by assignee.
Move work through Kanban
Drag a task card into another status column to save its new status. Click the card to inspect details. If saving fails, use the displayed error rather than assuming the drag has persisted. Status can also be changed in Task Inspector or a task’s context menu.
Review calendar and workload
Use Calendar to find tasks by due date and click a task to open it. Tasks without dates are not scheduled on a specific day. Use Workload to review assignees and estimates; it is not a staffing-capacity or employee availability system.
Review the portfolio schedule
Select Timeline in the sidebar to review project and stage date bars. Click the relevant project or stage to inspect the underlying record. Edit dates in those record editors; the timeline is not a drag-to-reschedule dependency-based Gantt chart.
