Track & review

Risks, notes, decisions and activity

Keep operational context alongside the project instead of hiding it in task titles.

These steps refer to controls inside the Mac app, not this website. Guide source: 1.0.0 (128).

  1. Create a risk

Open the project’s Overview and find Risk Register → Add Risk. Enter the title, description, probability, impact, owner, status and optional related task. Save. The displayed risk score is probability × impact on the five-point scales, giving a score from 1 to 25.

  2. Review and mitigate

Click a risk row to update its assessment and mitigation information. Use its related-task action to inspect supporting work. Update status when mitigated or closed; an owner is a local text field and does not send an assignment message.

  3. Record a decision or meeting

In Overview → Notes & Decisions, choose Add Record and the appropriate kind, such as Note, Decision, Meeting or Issue. Enter a meaningful title, the occurred date, text and an optional related task, then Save. The overview shows recent records; use global search to locate older text.

  4. Read recent activity

Review Recent Activity in Overview for recorded changes and timestamps. It shows the most recent entries rather than an unlimited history browser. Use it as context, not as a tamper-proof compliance audit or a way to undo every field change.
